As part of our commitment to our community, we donate a portion of our real estate earnings to the Placer County SPCA. Because of community donations, they’re now able to move to a better home to house all their wonderful “waiting to be re-homed” animals.  Here we are donating to our favorite charity!

Sunday Open Houses (5/21/17)

We are so lucky! This year, the PACE race (Promoting Ageless Commitment to Exercise) choose Sun City Lincoln Hills for their 10k, 5k and Fun Run. The race brought people from all over Lincoln of all ages (strollers welcomed), backgrounds and abilities for a morning run or walk, along with a children’s petting zoo, sponsor booths, a beer garden and food for all to enjoy! Proceeds from race benefited the Alzheimer’s Association and the Placer County schools. All good!

Here are pictures of my husband Roger and I, plus some of our friends who joined us for the race. My real estate buds from Coldwell Banker Sun Ridge Real Estate were also there handing out water to all the participants! It was a blast.
